Wedding Florist Contract
This Wedding Florist Contract ("Contract") is entered into on March 22, 2050, between [Your Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Florist"), and [Couple's Names], residing at [Couple's Address] ("Couple").
1. Services
The florist agrees to provide floral arrangements and decorations for the wedding ceremony and/or reception of the Couple, scheduled to take place on [Wedding Date] at [Venue Name and Address]. 2. Delivery and Setup

3. Payment

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Changes to Services

6. Liability

The florist's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by Couple for the floral services outlined in this Contract.
7. Governing Law

8. Entire Agreement
