Wedding Florist Contract

This Wedding Florist Contract ("Contract") is entered into on March 22, 2050, between [Your Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Florist"), and [Couple's Names], residing at [Couple's Address] ("Couple").

1. Services

The florist agrees to provide floral arrangements and decorations for the wedding ceremony and/or reception of the Couple, scheduled to take place on [Wedding Date] at [Venue Name and Address].
