Employment Contract Agreement
I. Introduction
This Employment Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 20th September, 2050, by and between:

WHEREAS, Employer desires to employ Employee, and Employee agrees to be employed by Employer under the terms set forth in this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein, the parties agree as follows:
II. Employment and Position
1. Position and Duties
Employer agrees to employ Employee as Project Manager. Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities specified by Employer in relation to this position, which include, but are not limited to:

Managing client accounts, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring timely project completion.

Coordinating with team members to execute project plans effectively and communicate project status to clients.

Assisting in the development of project proposals and business strategies.

Conducting meetings with clients to review project requirements, progress, and outcomes.
Employee agrees to perform all duties with diligence, skill, and in accordance with Employer’s standards.
2. Work Schedule
Employee’s regular working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
3. Location of Work
Employee will work at Employer’s principal office at [Your Company Address] or at other locations as determined by Employer.
III. Compensation and Benefits
1. Salary
Employer agrees to pay Employee a gross annual salary of $80,000, payable in bi-weekly installments, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings.
2. Performance Bonus
Employee will be eligible for a performance bonus based on the company’s performance and the achievement of specific goals set by Employer. The bonus amount will be determined annually by the Employer.
3. Benefits
Employee will be eligible for the following benefits:

Specific terms and eligibility requirements for these benefits will be provided to Employee separately in the employee handbook.
4. Expenses
Employer agrees to reimburse Employee for any reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in the course of their duties, in accordance with the company’s expense reimbursement policies.
IV. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
1. Confidential Information
Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information of Employer. Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information both during and after the term of employment.
2. Non-Disclosure
Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information, including trade secrets, client data, business strategies, or any other proprietary material, to any third parties without the prior written consent of Employer.
3. Return of Property
Upon termination of employment, Employee agrees to return all company property, including documents, equipment, and intellectual property, and to refrain from using any proprietary information for personal gain.
V. Term and Termination
1. Term of Employment
The term of employment will begin on 20th September, 2050, and continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Termination by Employer
Employer may terminate this Agreement for any of the following reasons:

For Cause: Immediate termination in the event of gross misconduct, violation of company policies, or failure to perform duties as required.

Without Cause: Termination with 30 days’ notice for any reason not specified as cause.
3. Termination by Employee
Employee may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to Employer.
4. Severance Pay
In the event of termination without cause by Employer, Employee will be entitled to severance pay equal to two weeks’ salary.
VI. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
1. Non-Compete
During the term of employment and for a period of one year following the termination of employment, Employee agrees not to engage in any business activities that compete with Employer’s business within a 50-mile radius of Employer’s principal place of business.
2. Non-Solicitation
Employee agrees not to solicit, recruit, or hire any of Employer’s employees or clients for a period of one year following the termination of employment.
VII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Plano, TX.
VIII. Miscellaneous
1. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
2. Amendments
This Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.
3. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
