Vacation Rental Cleaning Contract

This Vacation Rental Cleaning Contract ("Contract") entered into this [Date] by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Property Owner", located at [Your Address], and [Cleaning Service Provider's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", located at [Service Provider's Address].

1. SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services to the Property Owner, as detailed in Exhibit A of this Agreement. These activities include but are not limited to changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the entire premises.

2. QUALITY OF SERVICES

The Service Provider, as defined and addressed in this agreement, is obligated and expected to carry out all their necessary duties and tasks. These tasks must be performed and completed in compliance with the specific standards of cleanliness that are comprehensively outlined and described within Exhibit B attached to this Agreement.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

The obligations and roles incumbent upon both the Owner of the Property and the Provider of the Service, are thoroughly recorded and expressed in detail within the section labelled as Exhibit C in the existing Agreement.

4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Both parties that are involved in this agreement mutually consent to uphold satisfactory insurance coverage as detailed explicitly in Exhibit D of this mutual agreement. In any instance where a loss occurs or damage is sustained during the process of cleaning, the procedure for covering such incidence shall adhere strictly to the terms and conditions that have been previously outlined within the agreement.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

By the clauses and stipulations articulated under Exhibit E of this Agreement, the Service provider is entitled to compensation for the services rendered. The payments will be made based on the terms and conditions listed therein.

6. TERMINATION CLAUSE

This Agreement contains a section denoted as Exhibit F which thoroughly describes the specific conditions and circumstances under which it may be brought to an early conclusion, or prematurely terminated, by either the first party or the second party.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

The parties involved in this Agreement, Party A and Party B, have mutually agreed that they will both uphold a strict standard of confidentiality. This means that they are bound by this Agreement not to disclose any information deemed sensitive or proprietary. They commit to upholding this standard by the specific guidelines and stipulations that have been laid out in Exhibit G of this particular Agreement.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Should a dispute arise between the Property Owner and the Service Provider in the course of this agreement, it shall be handled and addressed by the procedures that have been specifically outlined and detailed in Exhibit H, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Property Owner and the Service Provider and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
