MOTORCYCLE SALE CONTRACT
This Motorcycle Sale Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of May 5, 2052, by and between [Your Name], with a principal place of business at Peoria, AZ 85345 ("Seller"), and Jarrett Bailey, residing at Pembroke Pines, FL 33028 ("Buyer").
I. DESCRIPTION OF THE MOTORCYCLE

II. TERMS OF SALE
2.1 The Buyer agrees to purchase the motorcycle described herein from the Seller.
2.2 The Buyer acknowledges receipt of the motorcycle and accepts it in its current condition, with no expressed or implied warranties, except as provided herein.
III. PURCHASE PRICE
3.1 The total purchase price for the motorcycle is USD 18,000, payable as follows:

3.2 The Buyer shall make a down payment of USD 5,000 upon signing this Contract.
3.3 The remaining balance of the purchase price, amounting to USD 13,000, shall be paid by the Buyer upon delivery of the motorcycle.
3.4 Payment shall be made in bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
IV. TITLE AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
4.1 The Seller represents that they have clear title to the motorcycle and have the right to sell it.
4.2 The Seller shall transfer ownership of the motorcycle to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment.
4.3 The Seller agrees to provide all necessary documents for the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to the certificate of title, bill of sale, and any other relevant documents.
V. INSPECTION
5.1 The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the motorcycle or have had it inspected by a qualified mechanic.
5.2 The Buyer accepts the motorcycle in its current condition and agrees that no further inspections or warranties are implied unless expressly stated herein.
VI. TAXES AND FEES
Any applicable taxes, registration fees, or other government charges related to the sale of the motorcycle shall be the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
VII. GOVERNING LAW
7.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
VIII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sale of the motorcycle and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
