Medical Receptionist Contract
1. Introduction
1.1 Parties Involved

Managing patient records in compliance with established protocols.
3.2 Compliance
The Receptionist shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing the medical facility, including:
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
Adhering to HIPAA guidelines regarding the handling of patient information.
Ensuring compliance with relevant medical billing and coding standards.
3.3 Communication
The Receptionist shall:
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
Relay messages accurately and on time.
Provide clear and concise information regarding appointments, procedures, and policies.
3.4 Record-Keeping
The Receptionist shall:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, cancellations, and patient inquiries.
Ensure proper documentation of patient information, including demographic details and medical history.
Organize and manage electronic and physical patient records according to established protocols.
3.5 Administrative Support
The Receptionist shall:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the medical facility.
4. Compensation
4.1 Salary

5. Termination

6. Confidentiality

7. Governing Law

8. Entire Agreement
