1. Introduction
1.1 Parties Involved

3.2 Compliance

Ensuring compliance with relevant medical billing and coding standards.
3.3 Communication
The Receptionist shall:

Provide clear and concise information regarding appointments, procedures, and policies.
3.4 Record-Keeping
The Receptionist shall:

Organize and manage electronic and physical patient records according to established protocols.
3.5 Administrative Support
The Receptionist shall:

4. Compensation
4.1 Salary

5. Termination

6. Confidentiality

7. Governing Law

8. Entire Agreement
