Assumption of Risks:
Participant understands and acknowledges that participating in wine-related activities, including but not limited to wine tastings, tours, events, and sales, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, or other harm. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participating in such activities.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in wine-related activities provided by the Business, the Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators, hereby release, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Business, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from all liability to the Participant, their representatives, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the Participant, whether caused by the negligence of the Business or otherwise while the Participant is participating in wine-related activities.
V. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Business, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees brought as a result of Participant's participation in wine-related activities or any breach of this Agreement.
VI. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Business and the Participant concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
