1. Scope of Agreement

a. Booking of Travel Services: The Partner will arrange airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related bookings as requested by the Company or its clients.

c. Customer Service Support: The Partner will provide ongoing support to the Company and its clients before, during, and after travel. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with travel documentation and insurance claims.
The services provided by the Partner must adhere to the highest industry standards and align with the specific needs and preferences of the Company's clientele.
2. Term of Agreement

Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, operational data, and client details encountered during the fulfillment of its responsibilities, and refrain from disclosing such information except as required by law or with the written consent of the Company.
4. Compensation
4.1 The financial terms under which the Partner will be compensated for the services rendered are as follows:
a. Payment Schedule: The Company agrees to compensate the Partner within [PAYMENT TERMS] days following the receipt and approval of invoices submitted for services rendered in the preceding period.
