Boxing Waiver

I. Introduction

IV. Safety Guidelines

You agree to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Gym, including but not limited to:

Wearing appropriate protective gear, such as boxing gloves, mouthguards, and headgear.
Following proper technique and instruction provided by certified trainers.
Respecting the rules and regulations of the Gym and any governing bodies overseeing boxing activities.

V. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate in boxing activities, You hereby waive, release, and discharge the Gym, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries or damages sustained by You arising out of or in any way related to your participation in boxing activities.

VI. Acknowledgment of Understanding

You acknowledge that You have read and understand the terms of this Agreement, and You voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
