Deed of Renunciation

I. Parties

II. Background

III. Renunciation

2. The Renouncing Party acknowledges that once this Deed is executed, they shall have no further right, claim, or interest in the Renounced Right, and they shall refrain from asserting any such right, claim, or interest in the future.

3. The Renouncing Party further agrees not to challenge or contest the validity or enforceability of this Deed in any court or legal proceeding.

IV. Acknowledgment by Recipient

The Recipient Party acknowledges and accepts the Renouncing Party's renunciation of the Renounced Right. The Recipient Party agrees to assume all rights, claims, titles, and interests in and to the Renounced Right, effective as of the date of this Deed.

V. Governing Law
