A Deed of Novation is a legal document used to transfer rights, obligations, and liabilities from one party to another, effectively replacing an original party in a contract with a new party. This document ensures that the new party assumes the responsibilities and rights of the departing party. It is common in situations where ongoing agreements or contracts require a change in one of the participants.
