This Joint Tenancy Grant Deed ("Deed") is made and entered into on this March 14, 2050, by and between the undersigned Grantors, [Your Name], collectively referred to herein as "Grantors," and [Recipient Name], collectively referred to herein as "Grantee."

I. RECITALS

WHEREAS, Grantors are the owners of certain real property located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA, hereinafter referred to as the "Property";

WHEREAS, Grantors desire to convey their interests in the Property to Grantee;

WHEREAS, Grantors and Grantee intend to hold title to the Property as joint tenants with rights of survivorship;

III. OWNERSHIP

Grantors hereby convey the Property to Grantee as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common. This means that upon the death of any one of the joint tenants, the deceased's interest in the Property shall pass automatically to the surviving joint tenants.

IV. COVENANTS

Grantors covenant that they are lawfully seized in fee simple of the Property, that the Property is free from all encumbrances, and that they have good right to convey the same to Grantee.

V. EXECUTION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Grantors hereby execute this Deed as their free and voluntary act for the purposes expressed herein. Grantors hereby acknowledge before me, a Notary Public, that they executed this Deed for the purposes therein stated.
