This Quitclaim Deed is made on March 12, 2051, by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor," and Jennifer L. Pearson, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. RECITALS

  1. This Quitclaim Deed is made without any representations or warranties, and the Grantee accepts the property in its current condition.

IV. COVENANTS

The Grantor covenants that they are lawfully seized of the property and have good right to convey it, that the property is free from all encumbrances made by the Grantor, and that the Grantor will warrant and defend the title to the property against all lawful claims.

V. EXECUTION
