North Carolina Quitclaim Deed

This Quitclaim Deed, having been executed in the State of North Carolina on the [Day] day of [Month] in the year [Year], is entered into by and between the party designated as the Grantor, [Grantor Name], whose residence is located at [Grantor Address], and the party designated as the Grantee, [Grantee Name], whose residence is located at [Grantee Address].

I. Recitals

III. Legal Language
