Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is a plus.
