3. Membership

3.1. Eligibility

5. Meetings and Activities

8. Termination

8.1.2. Upon termination, the Club shall notify the School's administration in writing of its decision to terminate the Contract and provide a brief explanation for the termination.

8.2. Termination by School

8.2.1. The School may terminate this Contract if the Club fails to comply with its terms, the School's policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

8.2.2. Prior to termination, the School shall provide written notice to the Club, specifying the reasons for termination and providing an opportunity for the Club to remedy the situation within a specified time frame.

8.2.3. If the Club fails to remedy the situation within the specified time frame, the School may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the Club.

8.3. Consequences of Termination

8.3.1. Upon termination of this Contract, the Club shall cease to operate as a recognized student organization within the School.

8.3.2. The Club shall return any remaining funds or assets to the School, as specified in the Club's bylaws and approved by the School's administration.

8.3.3. The School may take any additional actions necessary to ensure the orderly termination of the Club's activities and the return of any School property or resources entrusted to the Club.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Applicable Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
