We would like to thank you for choosing us for your car rental needs. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, we have outlined our payment guidelines below. These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and assist you in managing your rental payments effectively.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all car rentals:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Cash: Accepted only at designated locations

Payment Schedule

For rentals exceeding one week, payments are to be made in advance based on the rental period agreed upon:

  • Weekly Rentals: Payment is due in full at the beginning of each rental week.

  • Monthly Rentals: Payment is due in full at the beginning of each rental month.

Late Payments

In the event of a late payment, the following policies will apply:

  • Grace Period: A grace period of 3 days will be provided for late payments.

  • Late Fee: A fee of $25 will be charged for payments received after the grace period.

  • Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the rental agreement will be subject to termination, and the vehicle may be repossessed.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals:

  • Amount: $500 for standard vehicles, $1,000 for premium vehicles.

  • Refund: The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. A fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A fee equal to one day’s rental will be charged for no-shows.

Refund Policy

If you return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the vehicle return.
