Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-managerial positions, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including conducting orientations, processing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

HR Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and recommend updates or changes as necessary.

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for management and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
