II. Rental Details

A. Rental Period

C. Insurance Costs

D. Additional Charges

Customer acknowledges and agrees to pay for any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as charges for exceeding mileage limits, fuel charges, toll fees, and fees for optional equipment or services requested by Customer. Rental Company will provide an itemized statement of all charges upon vehicle return, and Customer authorizes Rental Company to charge the credit card provided for any outstanding balances.

E. Payment Methods

Payment for rental fees, taxes, and any additional charges may be made using major credit cards accepted by Rental Company. Customer authorizes Rental Company to charge the credit card provided for all charges incurred under this Contract. V. Insurance Coverage

B. Coverage Limits

The coverage limits and deductibles for each insurance option are outlined in the insurance policy provided to Customer at the time of rental. Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of the selected insurance coverage.

C. Exclusions and Limitations

Insurance coverage may be void if the Rental Vehicle is used in violation of this Contract, including but not limited to prohibited uses and unauthorized drivers. Customer is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance, including deductible amounts and damages exceeding coverage limits.

D. Responsibilities in Case of Damage or Accident

In case of damage, accident, or theft involving the Rental Vehicle, Customer agrees to promptly notify Rental Company and local authorities as required. Customer must complete a written incident report and cooperate fully with Rental Company's investigation and insurance claim process.

VI. Terms of Use

A. Prohibited Uses

Customer agrees not to use the Rental Vehicle for:

Racing, speed testing, or any competitive event.
Off-road driving or driving on unpaved roads.
Transporting hazardous materials or illegal activities.

B. Mileage Restrictions

Rental Vehicle usage is limited to [00] miles per day. Excess mileage may incur additional charges as specified in this Contract. Customer agrees to pay mileage fees upon vehicle return based on the mileage recorded by Rental Company.

C. Smoking and Pets Policy

B. Responsibilities of the Customer

C. Liability for Loss or Damage

VIII. Cancellation and Modification
