Contract

This Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Your Name], located at [Your Address] ("Party 1"), and Jane Smith, located at 456 Oak Avenue, Metropolis, IL 62960 ("Party 2"). The parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

I. Purpose

II . Term

VI. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Party 2 shall be compensated for all work performed up to the termination date.

VII. Governing Law

VIII. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
