Business Contract for Services

1. Parties

This Business Contract for Services ("Contract") is made and entered into on this [Date] by and between:

Client: Bright Horizons Inc., with a mailing address at 456 Sunrise Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028, USA

2. Services

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services ("Services"):

Daily Office Cleaning
Monthly Deep Cleaning
Quarterly Window Washing

3. Compensation

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total amount of $25,000 for the Services rendered. Payment shall be made as follows:

50% ($12,500) upfront upon signing this contract.
50% ($12,500) upon completion of the services.

Payment due dates:

Upfront Payment: Due within 5 business days from the signing date of this contract.
Final Payment: Due within 10 business days from the completion of services.

Late payment penalties, if any:

2% per month on the overdue amount.

4. Term and Termination
