Contractor Agreement
This Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company") and Smith Consulting, with its principal place of business at 456 Peaceful Lane, Suite 99, Harmony Haven, CA 01234 ("Contractor").
1. Services
The Contractor agrees to perform the following services ("Services"): Development and implementation of a customized CRM system for [Your Company Name]. The Contractor shall provide these Services at a time and place as agreed upon by both parties.
2. Compensation
In consideration for the Services rendered, the Company agrees to pay the Contractor the sum of $50,000 upon completion of the Services or on the following payment schedule: $25,000 upon project initiation and $25,000 upon project completion. The Contractor shall submit detailed invoices to the Company, and the Company agrees to pay the approved invoices within 15 days of receipt.
3. Term and Termination
