1. Services Provided
The Freelancer agrees to provide the following services (the "Services"):

Content Writing: The Freelancer will create five blog posts, each with a minimum of 1,000 words, on topics related to digital marketing.

SEO Optimization: The Freelancer will optimize each blog post for search engines, including keyword research and on-page SEO techniques.
2. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Freelancer for the Services as follows:

Rate: $50 per hour

Total Payment: $2,500 (based on an estimated 50 hours of work)

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 14 days of invoice submission. The Freelancer shall submit an invoice upon completion of the Services or at the end of each month if ongoing work.
3. Timeline and Deadlines
The Services will be completed according to the following timeline:

4. Revisions
The Client is entitled to two revisions per blog post. Any additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of $50.
5. Confidentiality
The Freelancer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all materials and information provided by the Client during the course of this Contract. This obligation shall continue indefinitely, even after the completion of this Contract.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all deliverables created by the Freelancer as part of the Services shall become the exclusive property of the Client. The Freelancer retains the right to use the work in their portfolio.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Freelancer shall be compensated for all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
9. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
10. Signatures
This Contract may be signed electronically and is binding upon receipt by both parties.
