TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Payment: 50% deposit due at contract signing; balance due 7 days prior to event.

  2. Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  3. Final Guest Count: Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the event.

  4. Changes: Any changes to the BEO must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
