3.2 Production

  • Filming: Filming will take place over one full day at the BrightSpark Innovations office, featuring a clean, minimalistic setting to keep the focus on SmartPulse.

  • Crew: A team consisting of a director, cameraman, lighting technician, and production assistant will be present.

  • Talent: Two on-screen talent members, acting as users of the product in a workplace environment.

5. Budget

  • Total Estimated Budget: $11,000

Note: This budget includes all aspects of production. Additional services, such as international distribution versions or extended usage rights, are available upon request at an additional cost.

6. Additional Services

  • Subtitles: $500 (for multiple languages: English, Spanish, and French)

  • Motion Graphics Expansion: $1,200 (advanced animation for product walkthrough)

  • Social Media Versions: $1,000 (vertical and square formats for Instagram, TikTok, etc.)


7. Client Responsibilities

  • Approval of Concept, Script, and Storyboard: Client to review and approve the storyboard and script within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Access to Filming Locations: Client will secure necessary permissions for on-site filming.

  • Feedback on Drafts: Client will provide timely feedback on video drafts for revisions, within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Terms: 50% upfront upon approval of the proposal and 50% upon final delivery of the video.

  • Ownership Rights: BrightSpark Innovations will own the full rights to the video after the final payment is made.

  • Revisions: Three rounds of revisions are included in the post-production phase. Additional revisions will be billed at $150/hour.

  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% will apply if the project is canceled after the pre-production phase is completed.
