Your beach house rental at 789 Coastal Road, Miami, FL, is confirmed from Nov 15 to Nov 22, 2050, for up to 6 guests. Check-in: 3 PM, Nov 15. Check-out: 11 AM, Nov 22. Please follow these times for guest transition.
The total rental cost is $2,500, with a deposit of $500 due by October 15, 2050. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. A security deposit of $300 will also be collected before your stay and refunded within 14 days after your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.
Please note the following important terms for your stay:
Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit the deposit.
House Rules: No smoking is permitted inside the property, and pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
