Roles and Responsibilities
The following roles and responsibilities are established to ensure the efficient implementation of this plan:

Principal: Overall authority during an emergency, making final decisions and communicating with authorities.

Vice Principal: Assists the principal and takes over in their absence. Coordinates with teachers and staff to implement procedures.

Teachers: Account for all students, follow evacuation procedures, and ensure student safety and calm.

Staff: Provide support during emergencies, assist in student management, and ensure communication flows smoothly.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, the following procedures are to be followed:
Fire

Activate the fire alarm immediately.

Evacuate the building using the nearest exit.

Assemble at the designated safe area on the school grounds.

Teachers take attendance to ensure all students are accounted for.

Do not re-enter the building until it is declared safe by authorities.
Lockdown

Initiate lockdown by announcing over the intercom.

Lock doors, turn off lights, and remain silent.

Stay away from windows and doors.

Wait for the "all clear" signal or further instructions from authorities.
Medical Emergency

Call Emergency Medical Services (EMS) immediately.

Severe Weather

Move students and faculty to designated safe areas, away from windows.

Remain in safe areas until the weather threat has passed.
Evacuation Routes and Assembly Points
Evacuation routes and assembly points are clearly marked throughout the school. All teachers and staff should familiarize themselves with these locations.

North Exit: Assemble at the sports field.

South Exit: Assemble in the main parking lot.

East Exit: Assemble at the playground.

West Exit: Assemble in front of the auditorium.
Training and Drills
Regular training sessions and emergency drills will be conducted to ensure preparedness and familiarize everyone with emergency procedures. Participation is mandatory for all students, faculty, and staff.
Review and Updates
This emergency plan will be reviewed and updated annually or whenever there is a significant change in circumstances or resources. Feedback from drills and real events will be used to improve the plan.
