5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Trainee will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information disclosed during the training program. This includes but is not limited to training materials, techniques, and business practices.
7. Liability Waiver
The Trainee acknowledges that they are participating in the training program at their own risk. The Provider will not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the training, except in cases of gross negligence.
