3. Responsibilities of the Trainee

  • Attendance: The Trainee is expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, actively participate, and engage in all aspects of the program.

  • Compliance: The Trainee agrees to adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Provider, including safety protocols.

  • Payment: The Trainee agrees to pay the total training fee of $3,000 as outlined in Section 4.

4. Payment Terms

  • Total Fee: $3,000

  • Deposit: $500 due upon signing this Plan.

  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of $2,500 is to be paid in two installments of $1,250 each, due on January 15, 2050, and February 15, 2050.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. Liability Waiver

The Trainee acknowledges that they are participating in the training program at their own risk. The Provider will not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the training, except in cases of gross negligence.
