2. Terms of Payment

2.1 Down Payment

3.2 Approval of Design

Any changes after approval may incur additional costs.

3.3 Non-Refundable Custom Orders

Custom orders, due to their unique nature, are non-refundable. Once production has started, the Buyer will not be entitled to cancel or return the item for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect, as determined by the Seller.

4. Warranties and Quality Assurance

4.1 Quality Standards

The Seller guarantees that all jewelry sold is made with the materials and gemstones as specified in the contract. All items will be inspected for defects in craftsmanship before delivery.

4.2 Gemstone Certification (if applicable)

Any diamonds or gemstones included in the jewelry will come with a certification of authenticity and quality, as issued by recognized gemological institutes such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America).

4.3 Manufacturer’s Warranty

The Seller provides a limited warranty for a period of [1 Year] from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. The Buyer may return the item for repair or replacement at no additional cost within the warranty period.

7. Risk of Loss and Insurance

7.1 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the jewelry transfers to the Buyer upon delivery. If the item is being shipped, the risk transfers upon successful delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

7.2 Insurance

It is highly recommended that the Buyer insures the purchased jewelry through a third-party provider to cover loss, theft, or accidental damage that may occur after the item is delivered. The Seller does not provide insurance coverage post-sale.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Cancellation by Buyer

The Buyer may cancel the order prior to production without penalty. Once production begins, cancellations will result in forfeiture of the down payment, and the Buyer may be liable for additional charges incurred for materials and labor.

8.2 Cancellation by Seller

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the contract if the Buyer fails to meet the payment schedule, provides false information, or is otherwise in breach of contract. In such cases, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of any payments made.

9. Force Majeure

Neither the Seller nor the Buyer shall be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling their obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or pandemics. If such an event occurs, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible, and the parties shall work together to resolve the situation in good faith.
