Commission Contract Agreement
This letter serves as a formal agreement between John Smith (hereafter referred to as "Agent") and ABC Corporation (hereafter referred to as "Company") regarding the terms and conditions of the commission for services rendered.
1. Services Provided
The Agent will provide sales and marketing services to promote the Company’s products, including but not limited to:

2. Commission Structure
