I. Scope of Services

IV. Responsibilities of Each Party

Grant the Service Provider access to premises during scheduled maintenance times.

Notify the Service Provider of any irregularities or issues promptly.

V. Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider assumes liability for damages caused by negligence during the service period.

The Client agrees to maintain property insurance for covered assets.

VI. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
