I. Introduction

II. Scope of Services

Both parties agree to treat all information related to the recruitment process, including candidate information, job specifications, and other sensitive information, as confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
V. Term and Termination
Term
This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until the 31st day of December 2050, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract with 30 days written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect the obligation of [Your Company Name] to pay for recruitment services provided prior to the termination date.
VI. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
VII. Entire Agreement
