Legal Investment Contract Format

This Investment Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into as of the [DAY] day of [MONTH], 2055, by and between:

  1. [YOUR NAME] of [YOUR COMPANY NAME], with its principal office located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Investor";

The Investor and the Recipient may each be referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

I. RECITALS

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

II. INVESTMENT AMOUNT

XI. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
