Free Crowdfunding Investment Contract

This Crowdfunding Investment Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of January 15, 2068, by and between:

2. Elvie Block, residing or located at Minneapolis, MN 55401 ("Investor").

The parties agree as follows:

I. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Terms

• Crowdfunding Campaign: The fundraising initiative described on the platform FundifyNow to raise capital for StronkCo, a renewable energy technology development project.

• Investment Amount: The monetary contribution made by the Investor under this Contract.

• Equity Shares: Units of ownership in [YOUR COMPANY NAME], or other benefits conferred in exchange for the Investment Amount.

II. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Contract is to define the terms and conditions under which the Investor agrees to contribute funds to the Issuer’s Crowdfunding Campaign in exchange for specified benefits, including but not limited to equity, revenue share, or other incentives.

III. INVESTMENT AMOUNT AND TERMS

3.1 Investment Contribution

The Investor agrees to contribute $10,000, which will be held and used solely for the purposes stated in the Campaign materials.

3.2 Consideration

In exchange for the Investment Amount, the Issuer agrees to provide the Investor with 2% equity in StronkCo, as outlined in the Campaign materials.

3.3 Payment Terms

The Investment Amount shall be paid by the Investor via wire transfer on or before February 1, 2068.

IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1 Investor Rights

The Investor shall have the following rights:

• To receive quarterly updates regarding the progress of StronkCo.

• To receive their allocated 2% equity shares in [YOUR COMPANY NAME] upon successful completion of the Campaign.

4.2 Issuer Obligations

The Issuer agrees to:

• Utilize the funds exclusively for the development of StronkCo.

• Deliver the promised equity shares to the Investor no later than March 15, 2068.

V. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

5.1 Issuer Representations

The Issuer represents and warrants that:

• All information provided in the Campaign materials is accurate and complete.

• The Issuer has the legal right to offer the specified benefits to the Investor.

5.2 Investor Representations

The Investor represents and warrants that:

• They are legally capable of entering into this Contract.

• The funds provided are not derived from any illegal activities.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Issuer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

VII. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Contract shall remain in effect until all obligations of both parties are fulfilled, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
