Parking Agreement Letter

We agree that you will be given access to the parking space located at Kansas City, MO 64101, starting from April 8, 2050. This arrangement will be valid until July 8, 2050 with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement.

• Parking Space: The Licensee will be parking the vehicle in the designated parking space located at 1234 Main Street, Downtown Parking Garage, Unit 45. The parking space is 10 feet by 20 feet, located on the third floor near the elevator and security gate.

• Access: The Licensee will have access to the parking space via a keycard, which will be provided upon signing this Agreement. The keycard will allow remote entry to the parking facility at any time.

• Fee: The Licensee agrees to pay a monthly rental fee of $250 for the use of the parking space. The first payment is due on the 1st day of the month, and the subsequent payments are due on the same day of each following month.

• Payment Terms: Payments for the parking space are due on the 1st of each month and must be made via bank transfer to the Licensor’s account.

• Maintenance and Responsibilities: The Licensor is responsible for the general maintenance and security of the parking facility, including routine inspections, lighting, and elevator service.

• Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. The Licensee must vacate the space by the end of the notice period, and the Licensor will refund any unused portion of the monthly fee.
