I. Introduction
This Internship Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 15th day of June, 2050, by and between:

The parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
II. Internship Position
1. Internship Role
The Intern will be working with [Your Company Name] as a Marketing Intern under the guidance of the Marketing Department. The Intern will assist in various marketing activities, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, and market research.
2. Duration
The internship will begin on 15th June, 2050 and will end on 15th September, 2050, unless extended by mutual agreement in writing. The internship is expected to last for a period of 3 months.
3. Work Schedule
The Intern is expected to work a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week during normal business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
III. Compensation and Benefits
1. Stipend
The Intern will receive a monthly stipend of $1,500 for the duration of the internship. The stipend will be paid in monthly installments at the end of each month.
2. Benefits
The internship is unpaid in terms of additional employee benefits, and no medical, dental, or other employee benefits will be provided during the internship period. However, the Intern will have access to office facilities and materials required for the performance of their duties.
3. Travel and Expenses
The Company will reimburse the Intern for any reasonable work-related travel expenses incurred during the internship. The Intern must submit receipts and complete any required documentation to receive reimbursement.
IV. Duties and Responsibilities
The Intern agrees to carry out the following duties:

Assist with content creation and editing for social media platforms.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Attend marketing meetings and assist in developing marketing strategies.

Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns.

Follow company policies and confidentiality agreements during the internship.
The Company will provide necessary training and supervision to ensure the Intern’s development and the success of the internship.
V. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
1. Confidentiality
The Intern agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information, intellectual property, trade secrets, and any other sensitive information obtained during the course of the internship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client information, marketing plans, and internal Company documents.
2. Non-Disclosure
The Intern agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties during or after the internship period. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
VI. Intellectual Property
Any work product, including reports, designs, content, or ideas developed during the internship, shall be the sole property of [Your Company Name]. The Company retains exclusive rights to any intellectual property created during the internship.
VII. Termination
1. Termination by Company
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time during the internship for any of the following reasons:

Failure to perform duties satisfactorily.

Violation of Company policies or codes of conduct.

Any unlawful or unethical behavior.
Termination by the Company will be communicated to the Intern in writing.
2. Termination by Intern
The Intern may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing at least two weeks' written notice to the Company. The Company may also agree to an earlier termination if required.
3. Mutual Agreement
This Agreement may also be terminated by mutual agreement in writing between the Company and the Intern, with or without cause.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Louisville, KY.
IX. Miscellaneous Provisions
1. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and communications, whether oral or written.
2. Amendments
Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
3. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect.
