IV. Funding and Resource Allocation

Each party shall allocate resources as follows:

  2. Fivesphere will allocate funding for infrastructure upgrades, including internet connectivity for telemedicine platforms.

VI. Term and Termination

This MOU shall commence on March 1, 2058, and remain in effect until February 28, 2063, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement or with 30 days' written notice by either party.

VII. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this MOU, the parties agree to resolve it through mediation under the laws of Alabama, USA. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.

VIII. General Provisions

  1. Amendments: This MOU may be amended only by written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
