Restaurant Agreement
RESTAURANT AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This agreement is made and entered into this day by and between:
DelishYum Restaurant (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor"), is a well-established restaurant located at 3330 Sycamore RS., Eugene, OR 97401
and
HomeCall Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), is a prominent company headquartered at 4908 Paradise Ln., Eugene, OR 97401.
2. Service Description
The vendor agrees to provide catering services to the Buyer. The services will consist of the following:

Food preparation
-
Event staffing
-
Cleanup and waste management
3. Payment
The Buyer agrees to pay the Vendor a total fee of $400 for the provided services. This amount is inclusive of all taxes and applicable charges.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence upon its execution and continue until the service delivery is completed unless otherwise terminated by either party with a written notice.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal state where the services are performed.
6. Agreement
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
