MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into this 1st of May, 2050 (the "Effective Date") between:
Sam Nina (the "Member"), with a primary address at 456 Elm Avenue, Suite 203, Willowdale, CA 90210
AND
Sunny Golf Club (the "Club"), with its principal place of business located at 654 Tranquil Trail, Apt 11, Whispering Woods, GA 67890.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
The Member hereby applies for membership with the Club under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Terms of Membership
The Term of Membership commences on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions hereafter.
3. Membership Fees
The Membership Fee to be paid by the Member is due on or before the 1st of each year during the term of this Agreement and is non-refundable.
4. Member's Rights and Privileges
The Member has the right to use the Club's facilities and to participate in Club events subject to the rules and regulations of the Club.
5. Rules and Regulations
The Member agrees to abide by the Club's rules and regulations and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may be amended by the Club from time to time.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with a written notice, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the intended date of termination.
7. Liability
The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the Member may suffer as a result of the Member's use of the Club's facilities, except where such loss or damage is caused by the Club's negligence.
8. Indemnification
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Club's facilities.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or between the parties, written or oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Member and the Club have executed this Membership Agreement as of the Effective Date above.
