CAR ALLOWANCE AGREEMENT
This Car Allowance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], a [State of Incorporation] corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and Olivia Anderson, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee," collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of October 5, 2053.
1. Car Allowance

4. Taxation
4.1. The Parties acknowledge that the car allowance is subject to federal, state, and local income tax withholding requirements. The Company will withhold applicable taxes in compliance with tax laws.
5. Usage Requirements
5.1. The Employee shall use the car allowance exclusively for work-related travel and expenses associated with such travel.
5.2. The Employee is responsible for maintaining their personal vehicle in good working condition, ensuring it meets all necessary safety standards, and having adequate insurance coverage, including liability insurance, as required by law.
6. Termination of Employment
6.1. In the event of termination of employment, for any reason, the car allowance will cease as of the last day of active employment. The Employee shall return any Company property related to the car allowance promptly.
7. Review and Modification
7.1. The car allowance amount and terms of this Agreement may be reviewed periodically by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement with reasonable notice to the Employee.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
