Hourly Wage Agreement HR

This Hourly Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of [State], with its principal place of business at [Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and [Employee Name], an individual with a principal address at [Employee Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee").

WHEREAS, the Company has offered employment to the Employee at a location that requires the Employee to relocate;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Company and the Employee (collectively referred to as the "Parties") agree as follows:

I. Terms of Employment

A. Employment Status

The Employee shall be considered an hourly, non-exempt employee and will be compensated on an hourly wage basis for all hours worked.

B. Hours of Work

The Employee's regular work hours shall be [e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM] from [Days of the Week]. The total number of hours worked per week shall not exceed [e.g., 40 hours] unless otherwise approved by the Employer.

C. Overtime

Any hours worked by the Employee in excess of the regular [e.g., 40 hours] per week shall be considered overtime. Overtime pay will be calculated at [e.g., 1.5 times] the regular hourly wage for each hour worked beyond the regular hours.

D. Pay Frequency

The Employee will be compensated on a [e.g., bi-weekly] basis. Payments will be made on [e.g., Fridays] for hours worked during the preceding pay period.

II. Compensation and Deductions

A. Hourly Wage

The Employee will receive an hourly wage of [Hourly Wage Amount]. This wage is subject to review and may be adjusted based on performance evaluations, market conditions, and other relevant factors.

B. Deductions

The Employer will deduct applicable federal, state, and local income taxes, Social Security, Medicare, and any other legally mandated deductions from the Employee's wages as required by law.

III. Benefits

A. Overtime Compensation

In accordance with state and federal labor laws, the Employee will be compensated for overtime hours worked at the rate specified in Section 3.

B. Meal and Rest Breaks

The Employee is entitled to [e.g., one 30-minute unpaid meal break] during each workday, as well as [e.g., two 15-minute paid rest breaks] as mandated by state labor laws.

C. Paid Time Off (PTO)

The Employee may be eligible for paid time off (PTO) in accordance with the company's PTO policy, which will be provided separately.

D. Holidays

The Employee may be eligible for paid holidays in accordance with the company's holiday policy, which will be provided separately.

IV. Termination of Employment

A. Termination by Employer

The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In the event of termination, the Employee will be paid for all hours worked up to the termination date and any accrued but unused PTO, in accordance with applicable laws.

B. Resignation by Employee

The Employee may resign from their position by providing [e.g., two weeks'] written notice to the Employer. The Employee will be paid for all hours worked up to the resignation date.

V. Agreement Acknowledgment
