I. Purpose

II. Background

III. Flexible Hours Arrangement

B. Core Hours: The Company may specify core hours during which the Employee is required to be present at the workplace. These core hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM..

C. Flexible Hours: The Employee may vary their daily work hours, within the limits set by this Agreement, to accommodate personal needs, as long as the total number of hours worked per week equals the standard work week hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

D. Workweek: The standard workweek for the Employee is 5 days, which consists of Monday-Friday. The Employee agrees to work their scheduled hours within this timeframe.

E. Notification: The Employee agrees to provide reasonable advance notice, as agreed upon with their supervisor, of any proposed changes to their work schedule.

IV. Compensation

A. The Employee's salary remains unchanged regardless of the specific hours worked during the Flexible Hours Arrangement.

B. Overtime compensation will be provided as per applicable federal and state laws and company policy.

V. Performance Expectations

A. The Employee is expected to meet all job performance expectations and deadlines, even when working flexible hours.

B. Failure to meet performance expectations may result in the modification or termination of this Agreement.

VI. Duration

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party with [Specify Notice Period] days' written notice.

VII. Termination

A. Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.

B. In the event of termination, the Employee will revert to the standard work schedule unless otherwise agreed upon.

X.  Agreement Modification

XI. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Flexible Hours Arrangement and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

XII. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.
