7. CONFIDENTIALITY

8. TERMINATION
Both parties reserve the right to dissolve this Agreement, provided a written notice is dispatched at least thirty (30) days in advance. 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should any disputes or disagreements arise in relation to this agreement, the parties are committed to an orderly and constructive resolution process.
