1. Purpose

2. PPE Responsibility

2.1 Company's Responsibility

The Company agrees to:

  • Provide necessary PPE to protect the Employee from workplace hazards.

  • Ensure that provided PPE meets all relevant safety standards and is in good working condition.

  • Train the Employee on the proper use, maintenance, and storage of PPE.

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.

2.2 Employee's Responsibility

The Employee agrees to:

  • Wear and use PPE as instructed by the Company and in accordance with relevant regulations.

  • Inspect PPE before each use and report any defects or damage immediately to the supervisor.

  • Properly maintain and store PPE when not in use.

  • Attend training sessions and follow safety guidelines provided by the Company.

  • Report any workplace hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

3. Compliance with Regulations

Both the Company and the Employee shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to PPE usage, including but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards.

4. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the Employee's employment with the Company.

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party if there is a breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
