Roommate Agreement

I. Introduction

This Roommate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 1st day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name] and Jonatan Farrell. Both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document to ensure a harmonious and cooperative living arrangement at Cincinnati, OH 45201.

II. Premises

The property subject to this Agreement is located at Cincinnati, OH 45201 ("Premises"). Both parties agree to share the Premises for residential purposes only and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

III. Term

The duration of this Agreement shall begin on January 1, 2050, and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated or amended in writing by both parties.

IV. Rent and Utilities

Rent

  1. The total rent for the Premises is $1,500 per month, payable in equal shares of $750 by each party.

  2. Each party shall submit their share of the rent to the landlord by the 1st day of each month.

Utilities

  1. Utilities, including electricity, water, internet, and gas, shall be divided equally between the parties.

  2. Each party agrees to make their share of payments within 5 days of receiving the bill.

V. Responsibilities

Household Chores

  1. Cleaning responsibilities will be divided equally. Weekly tasks will alternate and include kitchen cleaning, bathroom upkeep, and general common area maintenance.

  2. Each party agrees to clean up after themselves in shared spaces.

Personal Property

  1. Both parties agree to respect the personal property of the other and not use, borrow, or take items without explicit permission.

VI. Guests and Noise

Guests

  1. Each party is allowed to host guests but must inform the other at least 24 hours in advance if the guest will stay overnight.

  2. Long-term stays of guests (exceeding 3 consecutive nights) require mutual consent.

Noise

  1. Quiet hours are designated from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays.

  2. Both parties shall maintain reasonable noise levels at all times out of respect for one another.

VII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the same.

VIII. Termination

Termination of this Agreement requires a 30-day written notice by either party. In cases of violations of this Agreement, immediate termination may be discussed.
