2.5 Termination
If any party sees a significant violation of any clause within this Agreement or for any other reason clearly stated here, said party is given the ability to nullify or end this Agreement. This can only occur, however, when the party that wishes to terminate the Agreement gives written notice to the other party, and this written notice must be given at least 30 days before the intended termination.
3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

3.2 Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement has stipulations in place that permit amendments or modifications to be made only under specific conditions these alterations must be made in a written format, and both parties involved in this agreement must provide their approval by attaching their respective signatures to the written changes.
