1. Engagement

Employer hereby agrees to employ Employee as a Software Engineer effective from April 15, 2050.

2. Job Description

Employee's primary duties shall include but are not limited to: - Developing software applications - Collaborating with team members on projects

Employee agrees to comply with all company policies and procedures related to job performance and conduct.
3. Compensation and Benefits

Employee shall receive a monthly salary of $6,000, payable on the last business day of each month.

Employees shall be entitled to health insurance and retirement plans by company policies.
4. Work Hours and Schedule

Employee's regular work hours shall be 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Any overtime work shall be compensated by applicable laws and company policies.
5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on April 15, 2050, and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause upon written notice in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the other party.

Upon termination, the Employee shall return all company property and materials and shall be entitled to any accrued but unpaid salary and benefits.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information belonging to the Employer and to refrain from disclosing such information to third parties without prior written consent.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
