Cleaning Agreement

This Cleaning Agreement is entered into this [DATE] by and between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and [Client Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

SECTION 1: SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services in the Client's designated office, facilities, or retail spaces. The scope of work includes but is not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, and any additional tasks specified by the Client. The specific cleaning schedule and requirements for each location will be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing.

SECTION 2: TERM

Such information shall not be disclosed or used by the Service Provider for any purpose other than the provision of services under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Client. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

SECTION 6: EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

The Service Provider agrees to provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies required to perform the agreed-upon services. Any specialized equipment or supplies requested by the Client beyond the standard offerings may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.

SECTION 8: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Upon completion of each cleaning service, the Client reserves the right to inspect the work performed.
