This Cleaning Agreement is entered into this [DATE] by and between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and [Client Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

SECTION 1: SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services in the Client's designated office, facilities, or retail spaces. The scope of work includes but is not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, and any additional tasks specified by the Client. The specific cleaning schedule and requirements for each location will be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing.

SECTION 2: TERM

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue in full force and effect until [End Date] unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Either party may terminate this agreement by furnishing a written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days before the intended termination date. Upon termination, the Service Provider shall complete any outstanding services and the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

SECTION 3: PAYMENT TERMS

SECTION 5: CONFIDENTIALITY

All information relating to the Client that is known to be confidential or proprietary, or which is marked as such, will be held in strict confidence by the Service Provider and its employees. Such information shall not be disclosed or used by the Service Provider for any purpose other than the provision of services under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Client. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.


SECTION 6: EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

The Service Provider agrees to provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies required to perform the agreed-upon services. Any specialized equipment or supplies requested by the Client beyond the standard offerings may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.

SECTION 8: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Upon completion of each cleaning service, the Client reserves the right to inspect the work performed. Any deficiencies or discrepancies observed must be reported to the Service Provider within [Time frame] days of completion for rectification. The cleaning services will be deemed accepted by the Client if no objections are raised within the specified time frame.

9. CHANGE REQUESTS

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by law.
