Mediation Settlement Agreement
I. Introduction
This Mediation Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [DATE], by and between [PARTY A'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as [PARTY A], and [PARTY B'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as [PARTY B].
II. Background
