d. Modification Procedures: A stipulation that any changes to the scope of work will require a formal amendment to the SOW, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The Freelancer commits to completing the work in a professional and timely manner, adhering to the highest industry standards and the specific requirements set forth by the Restaurant. This ensures that all deliverables not only meet but potentially exceed the expectations outlined in the SOW.

3. Compensation

The compensation structure under this Agreement is clearly defined to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. 5. Confidentiality

This confidentiality obligation pertains to all proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the Restaurant, including but not limited to business plans, marketing strategies, customer data, and other materials deemed confidential.

a. Immediate notification to the Restaurant in the event of any unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information.

This duty of confidentiality will persist indefinitely, even after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, to protect the ongoing interests of the Restaurant.

6. Term and Termination
