This Spa Working Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] (the “Company”), and [Employee Name], residing at [Employee Address] (the “Employee”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Employee will provide spa services for the Company.

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Company operates a spa providing various health, beauty, and relaxation services to clients; and

WHEREAS, the Employee possesses the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to perform such services; and

WHEREAS, the Company desires to employ the Employee to perform spa services under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. EMPLOYMENT TERMS

1.1 Position. The Employee is employed as a Licensed Massage Therapist, responsible for providing massages, facials, and body treatments, as well as other related duties as assigned by the Company.

1.2 Employment Status. The Employee’s employment status is full-time, and the Employee is expected to work 40 hours per week.

1.3 Work Schedule. The Employee’s regular work hours shall be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Company reserves the right to modify the work schedule based on business needs, with reasonable notice provided to the Employee.

2. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

2.1 Salary/Wages. The Employee shall be compensated at a rate of $25 per hour, payable bi-weekly.

2.2 Overtime. Any overtime worked by the Employee must be pre-approved by the Company and will be compensated in accordance with applicable laws.

2.3 Benefits. The Employee is entitled to the following benefits: health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on spa services, in accordance with Company policies.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Service Delivery. The Employee shall provide high-quality spa services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.

3.2 Client Interaction. The Employee shall maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

3.3 Facility Maintenance. The Employee shall assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas.

3.4 Compliance. The Employee shall comply with all Company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations related to spa services.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE

4.1 Confidential Information. The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they will have access to confidential information, including client lists, proprietary procedures, and business strategies. The Employee agrees not to disclose or use any such confidential information for personal gain or for the benefit of any third party.

4.2 Non-Compete. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of 30 days after termination, the Employee agrees not to engage in any business that directly competes with the Company within a [geographic area].

5. TERMINATION

5.1 At-Will Employment. The employment relationship is at-will, meaning that either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause or notice.

5.2 Notice of Termination. In the event of termination, the terminating party shall provide 30 days’ notice to the other party, unless termination is for cause.

5.3 Return of Property. Upon termination, the Employee shall return all Company property, including uniforms, keys, equipment, and any confidential information in their possession.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State].

6.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
